We had a charming stay at the resort, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The cottages were comfortable, and we loved having a full kitchen to prepare our meals after a day of wine tasting. However, we did face some issues with the internet, which could be frustrating at times, and I also wished the TV offered more options. Overall, it was a great experience for a getaway, especially with the beautiful river trail right behind our unit.

Rooms

The cottage we stayed in was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered easy access to the river trail, although the TV could have been larger and offered more channels.

While we enjoyed cooking in our fully equipped kitchen, having more dining options on-site would have been a nice addition, especially for breakfast.

This charming resort offers a cozy and unique experience with its lovely cottages on wheels. I loved the clean and comfortable accommodations and appreciated the full kitchen facilities for easy meal preparation. The location is convenient for enjoying local wineries, but it's not within walking distance to downtown. The pool area can get crowded, which detracted a bit from the relaxing vibe. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a family-friendly atmosphere but may not be ideal for couples seeking luxury.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable despite a minor issue with the Wi-Fi.
Location

The resort is conveniently located near numerous wineries, but being a bit away from downtown means you need a car to get around easily.

The continental breakfast options were satisfactory, but it would have been nice to have more variety each morning.

I had mixed experiences at this resort. While the location and pool area were excellent, the issues with bug infestations and room quality significantly affected my stay. The resort has potential, but my particular experiences led me to feel that it didn't quite meet my expectations.

Rooms
6.0
The studio I initially stayed in was old and uncomfortable, leading to an immediate request for a different accommodation. After a few days, I was finally upgraded to a one-bedroom unit that was much more spacious and comfortable, featuring a full kitchen.
Service
5.0
Service quality varied; although the front desk staff attempted to assist me with my room issues, their inflexible management and lack of responsiveness were disappointing. An urgent maintenance issue was not addressed adequately, which further exacerbated my experience.
Location

I recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated the laid-back atmosphere. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Napa, as it’s surrounded by beautiful wineries and not far from downtown. While I enjoyed having a full kitchen, I did miss having an oven. The overall bedding situation wasn’t ideal since the trailers felt a bit cramped for the price we paid, and the internet service was frustratingly spotty during our stay.

Rooms
6.0
The trailers were clean and had a comfortable setup, but the size felt a bit cramped for the price being paid.
Service
5.0
The service had its ups and downs; while the staff was generally helpful, the process to resolve Wi-Fi issues was cumbersome and didn't leave me feeling compensated.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, nestled near stunning wineries and offering easy access to Napa’s attractions.
Dining
7.0
I really enjoyed the wine-tasting event; it was informative and enhanced my stay. However, having to listen to a sales pitch afterward felt a bit off.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, with a small pool area that looked inviting, but I believe more amenities could enhance the overall experience.

We had a lovely stay at RiverPointe, enjoying the scenic views along the Napa River and the cozy accommodations. While we appreciated the comfortable cottage with a well-equipped kitchen for our meals, we did find the outdoor deck shared with neighbors a bit cramped. The location offered easy access to several wineries, which made our wine-tasting adventures memorable. However, the lack of a private outdoor space and mid-week maid service were minor downsides during our visit.

Rooms
8.0
The accommodation was cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our stay, although the shared outdoor deck reduced our privacy.
Service

The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and introducing us to local activities and tours.
